By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Siam Finder Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines that may apply to specific features or services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Siam Finder Services immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the Siam Finder Services, including but not limited to:

- Business owners and business representatives
- Registered members

- Users of free tools, AI-powered features, and future premium services

If you register a business account or manage a business listing on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business or organization.
Siam Finder reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, compromises the security or integrity of the platform, or is used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
You may be able to access certain Siam Finder Services without creating an account. However, some features, tools, programs, business services, or future premium offerings may require registration or account verification before access is granted.
User Responsibilities
By using the Siam Finder Services, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for:

The Siam Finder Services may include, but are not limited to:

- Business listings for hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, attractions, tour operators, transportation providers, wellness businesses, and other hospitality-related services.
- Business profiles, directories, and partnership programs.
- Free marketing tools, SEO tools, AI-powered features, and business resources.
- Reviews, ratings, recommendations, and curated content.
- Educational resources, research, reports, and industry insights.
- Digital marketing, consulting, and other professional services.
- Future subscription services, SaaS solutions, digital products, premium memberships, marketplaces, or other commercial offerings.
Siam Finder continually develops and improves its platform. We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature, functionality, tool, program, or service at any time, with or without prior notice.
While we strive to provide accurate, useful, and up-to-date information, Siam Finder does not guarantee that all content, listings, business information, availability, pricing, promotions, or other materials available through the Siam Finder Services are complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
The availability of specific services, features, tools, or programs may vary depending on your location, account type, eligibility, business category, or other factors determined by Siam Finder. Access to certain services may also be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, or separate agreements where applicable.
Free Tools and AI Features
Siam Finder may provide free marketing tools, AI-powered features, online resources, calculators, reports, assessments, and other utilities (collectively, the “Free Tools and AI Features”) to help users evaluate, improve, and better understand their digital presence and business performance.
These tools may include, but are not limited to:
- SEO and website analysis tools
- AI Search visibility assessments
- Website performance evaluations
- Marketing scorecards
- Keyword research tools
- Content recommendations
- Competitive benchmarking
- AI-generated insights, reports, or recommendations
- Other free business or traveler resources introduced in the future
The Free Tools and AI Features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results, scores, analyses, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs are estimates based on available data, algorithms, automated processing, or third-party information and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, marketing, or business advice.
While Siam Finder strives to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of any analysis, report, recommendation, or AI-generated content.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any information, recommendations, or decisions based on the outputs of these tools.
Siam Finder reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Free Tools or AI Features at any time without prior notice. Certain tools or features may become subject to additional terms, usage limits, account requirements, subscription plans, or fees in the future.
Your use of any Free Tools and AI Features is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siam Finder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or reliance upon, any Free Tools, AI-generated content, analyses, or recommendations.
Business Listings and Directory
Siam Finder may provide business listings, directories, business profiles, maps, contact information, photographs, descriptions, amenities, and other related information (collectively, “Business Listings”) for hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, attractions, tour operators, transportation providers, wellness businesses, and other hospitality-related businesses.
Business Listings may be created, submitted, claimed, updated, or managed by Siam Finder, business owners, authorized representatives, or other permitted sources.
Business owners and authorized representatives are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties. You agree not to submit or publish any false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
Siam Finder may review, edit, verify, update, reorganize, enhance, or remove Business Listings at its sole discretion to improve accuracy, user experience, platform quality, or compliance with these Terms. However, Siam Finder is under no obligation to verify every listing or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any Business Listing.
The inclusion of a Business Listing, Verified Badge, editorial feature, ranking, recommendation, partnership status, or participation in any Siam Finder program does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of the quality, safety, legality, availability, pricing, or performance of any business, product, or service.
Businesses remain solely responsible for the products, services, pricing, promotions, reservations, customer communications, legal compliance, and all transactions conducted with travelers or other users.
Siam Finder reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or restrict any Business Listing that violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or may negatively affect the integrity, security, or reputation of the Siam Finder Services.
Editorial Content and Reviews
Siam Finder may publish editorial articles, travel guides, destination features, business spotlights, reviews, recommendations, rankings, interviews, photographs, videos, and other original content (collectively, “Editorial Content”) to inform and assist travelers and hospitality businesses.
Editorial Content may be created by Siam Finder, its contributors, partners, or other authorized content providers. Such content is based on information available at the time of publication and may include independent research, publicly available information, business submissions, interviews, site visits, or editorial opinions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Editorial Content reflects the independent editorial judgment of Siam Finder and should not be interpreted as professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of the quality, safety, availability, pricing, or performance of any business, destination, product, or service.
Businesses featured in Editorial Content may provide factual information, photographs, promotional materials, or updates for publication. However, Siam Finder retains sole editorial discretion regarding whether, how, and when such content is published, updated, modified, or removed.
The publication of any business, destination, review, recommendation, award, ranking, or editorial feature does not constitute an endorsement, certification, partnership, or guarantee by Siam Finder unless expressly stated.
Siam Finder may update, revise, archive, or remove Editorial Content at any time to reflect new information, editorial standards, platform improvements, or other operational considerations without prior notice.
Users are encouraged to independently verify important information, including business availability, pricing, operating hours, promotions, facilities, travel requirements, and reservation details before making travel or purchasing decisions. Siam Finder shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Editorial Content or reviews published through the Siam Finder Services.
Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity, security, and reliability of the Siam Finder Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Using the Siam Finder Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.

- Circumventing, disabling, or attempting to bypass any security measures, access controls, rate limits, or technical protections implemented by Siam Finder.
- Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Siam Finder Services or its content without prior written authorization.
- Using the Siam Finder Services in a manner that may overload, damage, or negatively affect the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Collecting, harvesting, or using personal information of other users without their consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
- Posting or transmitting unsolicited advertisements, spam, chain letters, phishing messages, or other unauthorized promotional materials.
Siam Finder reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and may, at its sole discretion, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities, or take any other action permitted under applicable law to protect the Siam Finder Services, its users, and its business interests.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Siam Finder Services, including all content, software, technology, databases, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, photographs, videos, audio, icons, source code, AI-generated content, reports, tools, and other materials made available through the platform (collectively, the “Siam Finder Content”), are owned by or licensed to Siam Finder and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, database, and other laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with Siam Finder’s prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Siam Finder Content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology of the Siam Finder Services.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained within the Siam Finder Services.
- Use Siam Finder’s trademarks, logos, branding, domain names, or other distinctive brand elements without prior written authorization.
- Use any content, data, or materials obtained from the Siam Finder Services to develop or train competing products, AI models, machine learning systems, databases, or similar technologies without Siam Finder’s prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Siam Finder Services or the Siam Finder Content, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Siam Finder Services in accordance with these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or other submissions you voluntarily provide regarding the Siam Finder Services may be used by Siam Finder without restriction or obligation to provide compensation, acknowledgment, or attribution, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Siam Finder and its licensors.
User-Generated Content
The Siam Finder Services may allow users to submit, upload, publish, or share content, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, business information, descriptions, responses, suggestions, feedback, and other materials (collectively, “User-Generated Content”).
You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content that you submit, publish, or otherwise make available through the Siam Finder Services.
By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to submit and publish such content.
- Your content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- Your content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Siam Finder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such content in connection with the operation, promotion, improvement, and marketing of the Siam Finder Services across any media or platform.
You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content. However, the license granted to Siam Finder will continue for as long as the content remains available through the Siam Finder Services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Siam Finder does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User-Generated Content. Opinions expressed by users are solely those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Siam Finder.
Siam Finder reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, restrict, refuse, or remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion if it believes such content violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, or may harm the integrity, security, or reputation of the Siam Finder Services.
Third-Party Services and External Links
The Siam Finder Services may contain links to, integrate with, or provide access to third-party websites, applications, booking platforms, payment providers, mapping services, social media platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, AI services, or other products and services operated by independent third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Services”).
These Third-Party Services are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes. Siam Finder does not own, control, operate, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or policies of any Third-Party Services.
Your interactions, communications, transactions, bookings, purchases, payments, or agreements with any third party are solely between you and the applicable third party. Siam Finder is not a party to such transactions and shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, dispute, delay, cancellation, refund, or other issues arising from your use of Third-Party Services.
The inclusion of any external link, business listing, booking option, advertisement, affiliate link, social media account, AI service, or third-party integration does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, partnership, or guarantee by Siam Finder unless expressly stated.
Third-Party Services may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal agreements. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms before using any Third-Party Services.
Siam Finder makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, security, or suitability of any Third-Party Services and disclaims all liability arising from your access to or use of such services to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Future Paid Services and Subscriptions
Siam Finder may, now or in the future, offer paid services, premium memberships, subscription plans, SaaS products, digital products, advertising solutions, consulting services, AI-powered tools, business programs, marketplace services, or other commercial offerings (collectively, “Paid Services”).
The features, pricing, billing terms, subscription periods, usage limits, eligibility requirements, and availability of Paid Services may vary and will be described at the time such services are offered.

Unless otherwise specified, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy.
Siam Finder reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Paid Service, subscription plan, feature, pricing structure, promotional offer, or usage limitation at any time. Reasonable notice may be provided where required by applicable law.
Certain Paid Services may be provided in partnership with third-party providers or payment processors. Your use of such services may also be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those third parties.
Nothing in these Terms obligates Siam Finder to launch, continue, or maintain any particular Paid Service, subscription plan, or commercial offering in the future.
Disclaimers
The Siam Finder Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
While Siam Finder strives to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, we do not represent or warrant that the Siam Finder Services, including any content, business listings, editorial articles, reviews, AI-generated content, reports, Free Tools, or other materials, will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Siam Finder does not warrant that:
- The Siam Finder Services will always be available without interruption or technical issues.
- Any defects, errors, or inaccuracies will be corrected.
- The platform or its servers are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
- Any search results, rankings, recommendations, AI-generated outputs, reports, or analyses will meet your expectations or produce specific business or marketing results.
- Any business, accommodation, restaurant, attraction, service provider, or third party featured on the Siam Finder Services will meet your expectations regarding quality, availability, pricing, safety, legality, or performance.
Any travel, business, marketing, financial, legal, or operational decisions you make based on information obtained through the Siam Finder Services are made entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying upon it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siam Finder expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or legal right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siam Finder, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Siam Finder Services.
This limitation of liability applies to, without limitation, any loss or damage resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Siam Finder Services.
- Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information contained within the platform.
- Business Listings, Editorial Content, User-Generated Content, reviews, ratings, or AI-generated content.
- Free Tools, reports, recommendations, analyses, or marketing insights.
- Decisions made based on information obtained through the Siam Finder Services.
- Transactions, bookings, purchases, or interactions between users and third parties.
- Interruptions, delays, technical failures, system outages, security incidents, or unauthorized access.
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Siam Finder does not assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, products, services, representations, or conduct of any business, traveler, advertiser, partner, service provider, or other third party featured on or connected through the Siam Finder Services.
Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, Siam Finder’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Siam Finder arising out of or relating to your use of the Siam Finder Services exceed the greater of:
- The total amount, if any, that you paid directly to Siam Finder for the specific Paid Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event; or
- One hundred United States Dollars (US$100),
unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits from being excluded.
Suspension and Termination
Siam Finder reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Siam Finder Services at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms or any applicable policies.
- You have provided false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Your activities are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the Siam Finder Services.
- Your account has been used for unauthorized, suspicious, or prohibited activities.
- Suspension or termination is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or requests from competent authorities.
- Continued access may expose Siam Finder, its users, partners, or third parties to legal, security, or operational risks.
Where reasonably practicable, Siam Finder may provide notice before suspending or terminating your account. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to protect the Siam Finder Services, users, business operations, or comply with legal obligations.
You may stop using the Siam Finder Services at any time. If you have a registered account, you may request account closure in accordance with any applicable account management procedures.
Suspension or termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities that arose before the effective date of the suspension or termination, including any payment obligations, intellectual property licenses, indemnification obligations, or other provisions that are intended to survive termination.
Siam Finder may retain certain information following account suspension or termination where required or permitted by applicable law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security purposes, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the affected Siam Finder Services will immediately cease, except where continued access is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Siam Finder.
Changes to the Services and These Terms
Siam Finder continually develops and improves its platform to better serve travelers, businesses, and partners. Accordingly, we reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any part of the Siam Finder Services, including features, tools, content, programs, memberships, AI-powered services, subscription plans, or other offerings, at any time and at our sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, technology, or industry practices.
